A front-desk point of sale that works offline, online booking for clients, an app for each technician, and payroll from recorded sales. It is built to work alongside the cash, card and mobile-pay workflows a salon already uses.
Today: Shipped. Card payments go through a processor; ViaVela never holds card numbers.
For property-management companies and the people they serve
One portfolio underneath, five scoped views on top: the office, the owner, the resident, the maintenance crew, the platform. Every amount is stored in whole cents, every money action is audited, and anything not configured says so on screen.

For landscaping and grounds-maintenance companies
Crews, routes, estimates and invoices in one place, with a crew app for the field and a portal for clients. Route order is a planning aid the office can override; arrival times are estimates, not commitments.

For clinics that want a calmer front desk and a clearer chart
Clinic workflow with AI-assisted decision support that runs on the clinic's own hardware. The assistant drafts; a clinician decides, every time. It is designed to help, not to diagnose.
Today: In development. Evaluations run with synthetic data only. Medeor is not a certified clinical system and is not cleared for real patient data.
For independent auto and diesel repair shops
Offline diagnostic reasoning on the shop's own computer: it turns the evidence a technician gathers into ranked possibilities to verify. Customer data stays in the shop.
Today: A private prototype. The technician decides; the software never runs a test on a vehicle without a typed confirmation.
These are release standards. Each product has to meet them in its own runtime before we say it does.

ViaVela is a founder-led studio with one standard: software that tells the truth. Real numbers or an honest “not yet,” never a fake success. The founder still reads every bug report.
Every agreement we ask a customer to accept is published here in full, per product and jurisdiction, with its status stated. Drafts are labeled as drafts until counsel has reviewed them.
