ViaVela

ViaVela Solutions · An independent software studio

Built for the businesses that run on skill.

You built your business on being great at the work. We develop tools for the work around it, from booking and payroll to routing and records, designed around how each trade already operates. Every product below is labeled by its current stage.

The product family: one studio, a tool built for each trade.

Each product is shaped for a specific trade and labeled by its current stage. Expand an entry for its present scope and intended audience.

Front-desk POS, online booking, a technician app, and payroll reporting from recorded sales, designed to work alongside the cash, card, and mobile-pay workflows a salon chooses.

For: nail & hair salons, barbershops, spas, makeup artists

Venustas is shipped and in pilot onboarding, and Bona is in production pilot. Viridis and Medeor remain in development; Machina remains a private prototype.

Who it's for: from the salon floor to the jobsite to the clinic.

We build for hands-on businesses, where the work happens in a chair, on a jobsite, at a counter, or beside a vehicle. Workflow, language, connectivity, and payment choices are validated product by product rather than promised across the whole family.

How we build: no hype, no theater. Tools that tell the truth.

These are release standards, not blanket claims: each product has to prove them in its own runtime before its stage label changes.

Honest by default

Our release standard is real data or an explicit loading, empty, error, or not-yet state, never a success message over a no-op or sample numbers presented as live.

Security & auditability

We design toward clear role boundaries, useful audit evidence, and processor-hosted payments where applicable, using NIST-aligned practices as guidance. Each control still has to be verified.

Local-first

Where the workflow calls for local continuity, authoritative data and core actions stay on the device. Connected dependencies must be labeled and fail honestly when unavailable.

Built by operators

An operator-led studio that grounds product decisions in field workflows, operator feedback, and observed use, with product stage stated plainly.

About ViaVela: software that respects the craft.

Our mission: build software designed to help independent salons, shops, and clinics run their day (bookings, checkout, schedules, payroll) without demanding the business change how it works. The software adapts to the craft, never the other way around.

Our vision: a world where the best tools aren't reserved for chains and franchises, where a single-chair salon runs on software as dependable as any enterprise's, owns its own data, and never builds its business on rented ground.

Via, the road. Vela, the sail. Every ViaVela product carries a Latin name for what it serves: Venustas (beauty), Bona (property), Viridis (growth), Medeor (healing), Machina (machines).
