ViaVela · 03 · Landscaping & field operations

Viridis keeps crews, routes, and billing in one place.

Crew scheduling, day-by-day route planning, job tracking, and client invoicing for landscaping and field-service companies — designed to help a crew's week hold together end to end, from the morning assignment to the invoice that goes out.

In development — built on the same platform running Bona in production Route suggestions always take the better of two computed plans

What Viridis is built to do

Five pieces, one system — a crew's day, its route, its jobs, and its billing don't live in separate tools.

Crews & scheduling

Day-based crew assignments — who's working which jobs, on which day.

Routes

Each service day's stops are planned together. The system computes two route plans and always uses the better one — never a worse "optimized" route.

Jobs

Tracked from scheduled to done, with status that reflects what actually happened.

Invoicing & billing

Integer-cent money — the same discipline as the rest of the suite.

Client records

Every client's jobs, invoices, and history, kept together.

Same spine as the rest of the suite

  • Tenant isolation. Each company's data is walled off at the server, not hidden by the UI.
  • Integer cents everywhere. No floating-point money exists in the system.
  • Audited money actions. Every money-shaped action leaves a reviewable trail.

Honest by default

  • Honest screens. Anything not configured says so on screen — no filled-in placeholder numbers.
  • Built on a reviewed platform. Viridis is being built against the same platform decisions already running Bona in production, not experimental architecture.
  • ~200+ automated tests cover that platform pattern today — money handling, tenant isolation, and auth.

Where Viridis is today — said plainly

Every ViaVela product carries an honest stage label. Here's Viridis's.

  • In development. No launch date promised — we'd rather say that plainly than guess.
  • Same platform, same discipline. Viridis is being built on the reviewed platform decisions already running Bona, which is in production pilot today.
  • Route planning always computes two plans for a service day and uses the better one — never a single unchecked pass.
